Ability to designate a group that comes from external source as admin

Description

When groups are loaded only from an external source (like AD) there should be a way to designate one or more of those groups as having admin rights. Currently a group must have the exact name "admin" to have super user ability in Kylo.

Just to be clear with regard to your mention of "sync naming", this issue is simply about designating an arbitrary set of groups as granting "super user" status to the users who are members of those groups. We are not also talking about some feature used to map between an AD naming convention that may be different than the naming conventions used within Kylo, right?

I think this is simply about being able to name the admin group based on external naming conventions. Not about syncing of those names.

The easiest implementation would be to support new configuration settings for the modules requiring this feature which. This configuration would list the AD (for instance) groups that designate who are the "user users".

Would it possible to patch 0.8.4 for this work?
