Improve Transformation template to be triggered by another feed completion
Description
As a user, I would like to schedule my transformation feed to be triggered after a(some) feed(s) finished, similarly to the Indexing/Data Confidence template

you can do this today.
Have the data transformation feed start with a TriggerFeed Processor.
Apply preconditions as to when this transformation feed should be triggered (i.e. after feed a completes).
