SLA can generate multiple alert responses resulting in duplicate responders firing

Description

SLA with multiple conditions seem to trigger 2 alertChanges for the same alert
This results in the responder getting called twice and thus getting 2 emails.

the issue is with the left join on the query for alerts from the KyloEntityAwareAlertCriteria.
