Deploy Kerberos tester utility as part of Kylo installation

The Kerberos configuration documentation mentions the Kerberos tester utility that end users can use to verify their Kerberos configuration.

This utility is not getting deployed as part of Kylo. It needs to be downloaded from Artifactory or locally built. It would be useful to deploy this as part of Kylo install. The .jar is built as part of the kylo-test-client module.
