Unable to delete any feed after trying to delete a dependent feed

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a data ingest feed.
2) Create a data confidence feed that depends of the first feed.
3) Try to delete the first feed. (It should display an error)
4) Try to delete any other feed. (It should not display an error)

Expected results:
You can delete other feeds that are not dependencies of another feed.

Actual results:
Unable to delete any feed.
