Entity Access Upgrade. Unable to create a new feed
Description
1. Start with Kylo 0.7.1 with some feeds/templates/categories
2. upgrade to 0.8.1
3. login as an analyst with the permissions (see attached):
4. create a new category
5. create a new feed under this category
6. Error on save:
1 invalid items were found. Please review and fix these items.
Error saving Feed Not authorized to perform the action: Administer Feeds
