Opening search results on kylo.io fails since HTTPS -> HTTP resource is not allowed

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open https://kylo.io/
2) Click 'Docs' on tab at top of screen
3) Enter a search term: Say 'hive'
4) Click one of the results that come back.

Expected: The result page should open up.
Actual: The page does not open up. An error is logged in the console:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://kylo.io/docs.html' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://kylo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/security/EnableRangerAuthorizationGuide.html?highlight=hive'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
