Style fixes on Dashboard page

Description

  1. Charts display "0 Total" when the Dashboard page loads for the first time. Should match Healthy + Unhealthy.

  2. Job Activity displays "0 Running" when the Dashboard page loads for the first time. In my case I had 1 job running but it's not being displayed.

  3. Please remove this extra padding from the card header and content

  4. The text should be green if healthy or red if unhealthy
